Blunt, Carnahan to meet in two debates for Senate

JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri's Senate candidates have agreed to two debates next month.
Republican Roy Blunt and Democrat Robin Carnahan are scheduled to attend a forum sponsored by Kansas City Public Television on Oct. 14.
Blunt is a congressman from southwestern Missouri, and Carnahan is the secretary of state. They are competing to replace retiring Republican Sen. Kit Bond.
The candidates also agreed to debate at an Oct. 15 forum sponsored by the Missouri Press Association. That debate will be at a resort near the Lake of the Ozarks.

Ray, good idea, I'll pass that along to Jonathan. I know he was ordering some stickers and signs recently, but I like the little slogan I came up with (why no, I'm not biased).
