Rock Bridge tennis move on to Individual Sectional

Bruins girls tennis team sweeps through district tournament.

COLUMBIA - Rock Bridge girls tennis swept the Individual Districts tournament on Saturday at home.

Rock Bridge's Kelsey Kinderknecht and Savannah Everett won the singles event.

The team of Abby Kayser and Maddy Kayser and the team of Kay Fisher and Sophi Farid won in the doubles events.

Hickman, Smith Cotton, Holt and Jefferson City high schools competed in the tournament as well.

With the wins, Rock Bridge advances to the Individual Sectionals on Tuesday in Wayneville.
