ST. LOUIS — The Missouri Department of Transportation has put the brakes on any more red-light cameras on state highways.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the state wants to study the cameras' operation and safety records before approving the installation of any more cameras.
But the nearly 90 cameras that have already been installed around the state will continue to operate.
