LETTER: Christianson has intelligence, dedication for commissioner job

COLUMBIA — I am writing in support of J. Scott Christianson for Boone County Presiding Commissioner.
I have worked in the computer field for 30 years in both successful and unsuccessful startups, and I believe Scott understands what it takes to provide a nurturing community for technology companies.

I first met him in Columbia Metro Rotary and have been impressed by his intelligence, work ethic and dedication. Unlike so many in politics today, he focuses on inclusion and cooperation, not division and accusation.
Scott will spend his energy and time on what we can do, not dwell on what we can not. Please join me in voting for J. Scott Christianson on Nov. 2.
