JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri's lieutenant governor wants a judge to order federal officials to respond to his lawsuit challenging the health care overhaul.
Republican Peter Kinder's lawsuit contends that part of the new law will harm older Missourians.
Kinder filed the lawsuit in July. This week, his lawyers asked a judge to order the defendants to file their response by Nov. 24.
