Alison Schwartz spent part of her afternoon with Blaine Gabbert, James Franklin and Jimmy Costello. The three Missouri quarterbacks volunteered their time to help Schwartz hone her throwing skills.

On Dec. 3, Schwartz will put her skills to the test in Dallas when she competes with four other college students from around the country to win a $123,000 scholarship. The two finalists from Friday's round will compete with each other the next day during halftime of the Big 12 Championship.

The three quarterbacks said they were impressed with Schwartz's arm and were confident in her chances.
