The Columbia College men's basketball team earned their 10th win of the season against East-West University on Friday in Chicago, winning 97-65.
Within the first 20 minutes, the Cougars scored 45 points, while East-West struggled with only 27 points. Columbia College continued to outscore East-West 52-38 in the second half.
Freshman Devin Griffin led the Cougars with 16 points, while teammate Greg Stegeman trailed not far behind with 13 points and eight rebounds.
The Cougars are now 10-1 for the season and will play Robert Morris (Ill.) University at 4 p.m. on Saturday in Chicago.
