COLUMBIA — The Missouri women's basketball team defeated Kansas 66-52 on Wednesday night at Mizzou Arena.
Missouri guard RaeShara Brown led the Tigers with 22 points and 6 assists. Forward BreAnna Brock added 12 points and eight rebounds off the bench.
Kansas forward Carolyn Davis led the Jayhawks with 17 points.
After starting the game slowly, the Tigers rallied from a 22-14 deficit to finish the first half with a 30-27 lead. Kansas tied the game at 41 points with a little more than 12 minutes left, but the Tigers went on a 15-0 run to pull away.
Missouri improved their record to 10-10 and earned their second conference win of the season, giving them a 2-4 record in the Big 12.
