The party was just beginning for Civil War re-enactors Saturday night at the Battle of Boonville. After the Union soldiers defeated the Confederates in the historical re-enactment, the Confederates responded with their own victory in the open battle afterwards. After the crowds left, the re-enactors celebrated a successful day.
