Americans are expected to spend $2.5 billion on Halloween costumes this year, according to a survey conducted by the National Retail Federation. Americans will spend around $1 billion on children’s costumes, $1.2 billion on adults’ costumes and $310 million on pets’ costumes.   ¦  Siwen Li
