Missouri volleyball team loses at Texas A&M

COLUMBIA — The Missouri volleyball team lost 25-17, 25-22, 25-20 to Texas A&M on Saturday afternoon at Reed Arena in College Station, Texas.
Missouri fell to 20-11 overall and 6-8 in Big 12 Conference play.

Sophomore outside hitter Lisa Henning was Missouri's top performer. She recorded 11 kills, while setter Molly Kreklow had 31 assists and 14 digs.
Missouri kept things close in the first and second sets, but attack errors prevented them from winning either set. Missouri committed 10 attack errors in the first set alone. In the third set, the teams traded points before Texas A&M went on a 8-2 run to take a 17-11 lead. The Aggies held off a late charge by Missouri to win the set and the match.
The Missouri volleyball team will return to action next Saturday night when they play Texas at Hearnes Center.
