COLUMBIA — An MU freshman was arrested early Monday on suspicion of having and selling drugs on school grounds.
MU Police Capt. Scott Richardson said three people were spotted smoking marijuana in a car in the Virginia Avenue garage. Upon further investigation, the officers decided there was reason to suspect a drug deal was also taking place, Richardson said.
Aaron William Hodam, 18, was charged on suspicion of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia and distributing drugs on school grounds. Bail was set at $60,500; Hodam posted bond and was released.
MU freshman Joseph Butler was also arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana at the scene.

Why somebody should take them there young yahoos and have their kneecaps removed. Not only were they doing those dangerous drugs within the proximity of a school, they were doing it in a parking garage! (It's a good thing nobody got set on fire.)
But send them to a kegger and it's called college kids being college kids...
Wicked bail for such a harlmess act. It's disgusting that domestic assault and sexual crime suspects are let go for so much less. It shows what the talking heads really value.
