Hickman girls basketball team rolls at Lebanon

Four players scored in double figures for the Hickman girls basketball team in its 69-30 victory Tuesday at Lebanon.
Cherish Walton led the Kewpies (13-1) with 21 points, and Emily Miller scored 13 points, while Kimberly Lake and Andrea Drake had 10 points apiece.

"Four or five kids scoring in double figures is great," Hickman coach Tonya Mirts said by phone. "Other teams don't know who to focus on now. We're are really becoming a team."
Hickman is scheduled to play next on Friday at highly-touted Springfield-Glendale in game that will be the Kewpies' 14th contest on the road.
