COLUMBIA — Jobs and the economy will be the primary themes of Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon's fourth State of the State address Tuesday night.
Nixon's speech is scheduled for 7 p.m. He will deliver it to the Missouri General Assembly from the Missouri House of Representatives' chamber at the state Capitol in Jefferson City.
The speech will be live-streamed through the state government's Web portal at MO.gov.
