Former astronauts Col. Steve Nagel and Linda Godwin shared their experiences and lessons with Columbia Independent School's Flight Club. During the presentation, the couple described the history of the space shuttle and their voyages to space.
Different age groups in the audience enjoyed listening to the former astronauts. Many children laughed loudly as the astronauts explained how to use the bathroom, while adults sat intrigued listening to the differences between training for a mission and the reality of being in space.
