Rock Bridge girls basketball advances in Webster Winter Challenge

COLUMBIA — Four players scored in double figures for the Rock Bridge girls basketball team as the Bruins beat Belleville East (Ill.) 65-31 in the Webster Winter Challenge at Webster Groves High School.

Freshman Cierra Porter led the Bruins (16-4) with 12 points, and Lindsey Cunningham scored 11 points. Sophie Cunningham and Hannah Dressler each had 10 points.

Rock Bridge plays next at 8:30 p.m. Friday in the semifinals of the tournament.
