COLUMBIA — With a 67-66 road win against Texas last Monday and a 74-71 victory over Kansas on Saturday at Mizzou Arena, the Missouri men's basketball team maintains its No. 4 ranking in The Associated Press poll.
The Tigers (21-2, 8-2 Big 12) are one of three ranked teams in the Big 12, all in the top 10. No. 6 Baylor (21-2, 8-2 Big 12) did not move in the rankings with three conference victories last week over Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma State.
Despite losing to Missouri 74-71 on Saturday, No. 7 Kansas (18-5, 8-2 Big 12) passed No. 10 Duke in the poll this week after the Blue Devils lost 78-74 in overtime to Miami on Sunday.
No. 9 Murray State (23-0, 11-0 OVC) remains the only undefeated team, defeating Southeast Missouri State and University of Tennessee-Martin last week.
