The Columbia College women's basketball team beat William Woods University on Saturday, 76-66.
The Cougars were losing 39-33 at halftime but went on a 20-3 run late in the second half.
Heather English led the team in scoring with 21 points for the Cougars. Freshman guard Tierney Seifert, who hit six three pointers, also scored 20 points.
Columbia College improved its record to 18-8 and 8-2 against conference opponents. The Cougars next game is at home against Missouri Baptist University at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
