COLUMBIA — The No. 4 Missouri Tigers beat No. 6 Baylor 72-57 at Mizzou Arena on Saturday. In the second half, Missouri used a 17-3 run to take control of the game. Phil Pressey had 19 points to lead the Tigers who improved to 23-2 and 10-2 in Big 12 Conference play.
