Broad Missouri education overhaul stalls out

Multiple provisions for education reform are listed in the 62 page legislation that has yet to be seen for a full House debate. Legislative leaders have prioritized an overhaul the state funding formula and intend to clarify existing laws about unaccredited districts paying to send students to accredited schools.
