The Columbia Police Department received a call about a man matching Zachariah Peterson's description walking on north Providence Road. Police think Peterson might have had contact with James Leon Porter on the day of his death.

UPDATE: Homicide victim at Columbia mobile-home park identified

The victim was James Leon Porter, 31, a resident of Sunset Mobile Home Park in southeast Columbia. The source of his wounds has not been determined.

An anonymous caller alerted police and identified the two suspects.
