Missouri men's basketball team celebrates senior night, win over Iowa State

The senior night festivities continued after Missouri's 78-72 victory over Iowa State when Senior Steve Moore began the postgame speeches the Tiger seniors gave to show their appreciation for their families, the coaching staff and the fans.

Missouri men's basketball seniors will be honored at tonight's game

Eight seniors players will be recognized at Missouri men's basketball game at 7 p.m. tonight against Iowa State at Mizzou Arena. With 102 wins, they are the winningest class in Missouri history. The game will show on the Big 12 Network.

Steve Moore

Nicknamed "Big Steve," Steve Moore emerged this season as a key contributor on the court. A Kansas City native, Moore chose Missouri so he could play close to home.

Ricardo Ratliffe

The No. 1 junior college prospect from Central Florida Community College in Ocala, Fla., Ricardo Ratliffe transferred to Missouri in 2010. He leads the nation in field-goal shooting percentage, currently 71.2 percent.

Marcus Denmon

Marcus Denmon, a senior captain, ranks ninth in team history for individual career points, with a career 1,683 points. Last summer Denmon played on Team USA at the 2011 World University Games in Shenzhen, China.

Kim English

A senior captain, Kim English read Rudyard Kipling's "If" before every game and has been vital to the Tigers success, shooting nearly 50 percent from the field this season. Earlier this year against Texas, English became the first Missouri player since 2003 to play 40 minutes in a game.

Matt Pressey

Older brother of sophomore guard Phil Pressey, Matt Pressey began his career at Missouri in 2010 as a junior college transfer after playing two years at Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas. He has started every game this season.

Andrew Jones

A two-sport athlete, Andrew Jones joined the basketball team in December. Jones played tight-end for the Missouri football team all four years of his college career.

Andy Rosburg

Andy Rosburg walked on to the team this season as a senior. His younger brother, Ryan Rosburg, is a senior at Marquette High School and has committed to play at Missouri next season.


Jarrett Sutton

A Kansas City native, Jarrett Sutton walked on to the basketball team his sophomore year after being cut as a freshman. He received a scholarship his junior year. This season he is playing as a graduate student.

Brock flourishes, Flores disappoints in Missouri women's basketball team's final home game

The Missouri women's basketball team lost 75-62 in its last home game at Mizzou Arena. BreAnna Brock had 24 points and 16 rebounds, but Christine Flores scored only one point and was 0-13 in shot attempts.
