2005, in Book 2761 Page 35 as Instru-

ment No. 2005018745 which Deed of

Trust was modified by recorded agree-

ment recorded on December 15, 2020, in

Book 5329 Page 11 as Instrument No.

2020032321 in the Office of the Recorder

of Deeds for the County of Boone, State

of Missouri; the undersigned Successor

Trustee, at the request of the legal holder

of said Note, who has elected to declare

the entire indebtedness due and payable,

will on October 28, 2021, at 12:00 pm, at

the South door of the Boone County

Courthouse, 705 E. Walnut Street, Co-

lumbia, Missouri 65201 sell at public ven-

due to the highest bidder for cash, the

following real estate described in said

Deed of Trust and situated in the County

of Boone, State of Missouri, to wit;

Addition a subdivision located in the City

of Ashland Boone County Missouri as

shown by the plat thereof recorded in

Plat Book 31 Page 22 Records of Boone

County Missouri

Together with all improvements thereon

known and numbered as 304 Renee,

Ashland, Missouri 65010 for the purpose

of satisfying said indebtedness, the costs

of executing this trust, and the present

taxes, if any, due and paid by the holder.
