benefit of Teddy Janet Ray (“decedent’),

Larry J. Wayland, is acting as Trustee

under a Trust, the terms of which provide

for the payment of decedent’s legally en-

forceable due debts, the administration

expenses payable by reason of dece-

dent’s death and the expenses of dece-

dent’s last illness and funeral. The ad-
