We wanted to let you know about a change to how you comment on the Missourian website.

We have heard complaints from our regular commenters and are aware of some larger issues with the commenting system on our website, which is provided by Facebook.

We have researched our options and will begin using World Table as the commenting platform beginning Wednesday, May 22.

World Table was designed with news websites as its central service and encourages community moderation. The tool offers more options for responding to other comments and the ability to flag comments for particular reasons.

You can establish an account with World Table by connecting to one of your existing social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Google and Disqus.

We hope you will find this tool useful and simple for contributing to the conversation on our website. Please continue to keep in mind our community guidelines as you engage in comment section.
