While the country may be more divided than ever, one yard in Columbia stands united. Signs for Republican Mike Parson, the winning gubernatorial candidate, and Joe Biden, the democratic presidential candidate, adorn a single yard. Another sign in the yard urges people to “vote for the person, not the party.”

Local candidates for the Missouri House of Representatives, Missouri Senate, Boone County Commission, Boone County sheriff and Division IV circuit judge will face-off in the Nov. 3 general election. 

In an effort to help voters make an informed decision, the Missourian looked at campaign finance filings from the Oct. 15 quarterly reports for local candidates.
