Seventeen public service leaders speak about mental health

A panel of 17 public service leaders speak about mental health, homelessness and the criminal justice system at the Columbia Public Library on Tuesday. David Lile of KFRU/1400 AM moderated the event which was broadcast live.

A man had committed a home invasion robbery and was sitting in jail — but only because there wasn't a bed for him at the hospital.
