COLUMBIA — After showing off a skilled Whip and Nae Nae and telling a couple jokes, comedian Joie Krack invited his 7-year-old son Jaron to join him onstage at the Black History Month Talent Show on Thursday night in Douglass High School's gym.

Krack, a tall man with spiky black and gold hair, played an exasperated father to a sassy, witty son and let Jaron deliver a couple crowd-pleasing punchlines. Krack said he likes to include Jaron when he performs at family-friendly venues.
