Margaret Ann Burnett, 97, went home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 22, 2020.

Because of the current public health guidelines, a private family graveside service will be held at New Salem Cemetery, Ashland, and a celebration of life service will be held once restrictions are removed.

Margaret was born June 10, 1922, to Bradford and Celia Thomas. She married Ray Burnett Oct. 12, 1940, and he preceded her in death.

She was a longtime member and Sunday school teacher at Grace Bible Church.

Margaret is survived by daughters Doris Perkins and Janet Hensley, brother Dale Thomas and 27 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter Debbie Nichols, granddaughter Amanda Nichols and two brothers.

Memorials are suggested to Grace Bible Church — Mission Fund, 601 Blue Ridge Road, Columbia, MO 65202.
