Roll carts are ugly.

They will in many cases remain on the streets and sidewalks 24/7/365, just as they do right now at many locations where the city is already using them.

Many houses do not have space in a garage to put these monstrosities. The city wants to issue three carts to each house, at an estimated cost of $12 million. No roll carts.
