Another recruit from the St. Louis area is headed to Columbia, as three-star defensive lineman Kevon Billingsley announced his commitment via Twitter on Friday to play football at Missouri beginning in 2020.

Billingsley, who is listed at 6-foot-4 and 245 pounds, is from East St. Louis High School, though he attended both Parkway North and Lutheran North before moving to East St. Louis. He becomes the sixth St. Louis area player to commit to the Tigers for 2020, and the eighth overall.

Both Rivals.com and 247sports.com rank Billingsley as a three-star player. Earlier this month, he listed six schools in his final six as the recruiting process wound down: Missouri, Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Illinois and LSU.
