Missouri kicker Harrison Mevis was named to the Lou Groza Award watchlist Wednesday. The award is given to the nation's top place kicker annually.

Mevis was a semifinalist for the award in 2020 and led all freshmen with three 50+ yard field goals.

He scored 79 points last season, the most-ever for a Missouri freshman kicker.
