Missouri men's basketball defeats Northern Kentucky University 71-56 in the second conference game of the season Friday night at Mizzou Arena. Improving their record to 2-0, MU wins back-to-back games to open a season for the third time since 2013. This is Missouri's first ever matchup against Northern Kentucky and is now a perfect 12-0 against Horizon League opponents. The Tigers first road game of the season will be against Xavier University on Tuesday.
