Rain didn't stop the groundbreaking ceremony for the NextGen Precision Health Institute, a $220.8 million project that involves a new facility and initiative to combine the research from all of MU's schools across the state. The event showed building plans, discussed hopes for the initiative and was attended by researchers, university officials and state representatives.
