Pet owners from Columbia and surrounding areas brought their animals to The Spay Neuter Project's Low Cost Walk-In Vaccine Clinic on Thursday in Columbia. People started to show up around 4 p.m. even though the clinic did not start the event until 5 p.m. Pets and people mingled while they waited their turns, some waiting up to an hour. The Spay Neuter Project served almost 60 animals in two hours.
