Ali Abdullah Saleh, former president of Yemen, was killed Monday after violence erupted in the country's capital of Sanna. Houthi rebels ambushed and killed him during a rocket-propelled grenade attack on his vehicle as he tried to leave the country. Protests and violence have enveloped the city throughout the next day.
